DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50 across Walero Active, Walero Motorsport and our merchandise collection.

Orders under £50 are charged at a flat rate of £4.95.

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days.

Currently, we ship within the UK only. Any relevant delivery information will be shown clearly on each product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your Walero pieces without unnecessary delay.

Returns

We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with all labels attached. Items that are damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try them on) will not be accepted.

Start a Return

To start a return, please use our DPD Returns Portal:

Once registered, you will receive a DPD QR code and can drop your parcel at any UK Post Office free of charge.

Items must be unworn (apart from trying on), unwashed and returned with all labels attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed items such as underwear once the seal has been broken.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return has been received, usually within 14 days.
